Some players seem immune to criticism.

Others make a mistake and they get dropped.

I did wonder whether the like of Hall and Legs have a "If fit, he plays" sort of contract?
Because that's the only reason I can think for them being picked.
And add Watson to that list, too.

So why in recent games have Buz, Connolly and Ramage made mistakes, and have been publically criticised by Magilton? Leigterwood and Hall both made huge mistakes yesterday, but nothing was said about them.

It was clear to me he decided he'd be better off not criticising the players for 2 reasons:
A) He did it after the last match and it made no difference.
B) To avoid receiving further criticism against himself for doing so.

Totally agree, each individual needs to be treated in the most effective way to get the best out of them...

However, equality of treatment is vital when it comes to criteria for being selected.

Big difference.
