Buzsaky is really a player who can play 2 positions, withdrawn striker or progressive central midfielder. he is the best shooter we have with both feet which makes him ver difficult to defend against for central midfielders and his short passing and positional sense is excellent.

playing him on the wing is a total waste of time, he doesnt have pace and is poor defencively and give little protection to full backs. play him centrally or not at all but stop tinkering.

Likewise with Routledge, as soon as he went to the right wing he beat defenders and put in a killer cross from the byline, this is what he was born to do so why play him centrally denying that position to one of our most gifted and dangerous players

Doesnt make sense, square pegs in round holes all across the team. We have good players at this club be the potential is being squandered at the moment

There are bigger problems in the side than Buz! At least the midfield and strikers are doing their jobs by scoring and creating chances. Shame our defence aren't doing theirs and keeping the ball out.

Buzz is a proven quality CENTRAL midfielder. He needs to play with either Faurlin or Watson. Those two are so so similar. As I have said before, it is about partnerships, anbd that one doesn't work.

I'd put Adel up front. I'd have Pat with him. I would play Vine on the wing, and sometimes switch Adel with him, fairly fluid. Wayne is a winger, keep him out there.

I cant really Blam Gorman and He is working under Magilton so Madge has to be the one making the decisions and shouldering the blames for selection, tactics and motivation.

so for the match performance I think it has to be down to Madge. However there is the bigger issue which is also having an effect and that is the general policy of the club in refusing to see the primary issues with the squad and resolving them in the summer

We needed to improve at left back instead we sold deleaney and didnt replace him, Borrowdale is not the answer for a promotion aiming team. We sold Blackstock (who yet again had a good game and instrumental in yesterdays win even though he didnt score himself and replaced him with Pellicori (the Pelicorri transfer raises serious questions in my book)

Good strikers were available but we didnt go and get them instead at the last minute we bring in a loanee in Simpson, I am pretty happy with simpson but we needed more almost everyone recognised this apart from a couple of high profile people on this board and the club itself.

The club have missed out on transfer targets for a happeth of tar, Watson should already have a year with us under his belt and be the club captain after rowlie but we missed out for a few quid.

we now have a situation where we have a bunch of loan players and too many of those is not good for team spirit and morale.

For those things which are fundemental the only person I can really approtion blame to has to be GP becuase he is the man who is apparently heavily relied upon by Briatore to make these decisions as sporting director. if though as some suggest, GP is merely a placeman and a puppet then you have to blame whoever is pulling the strings.

Look again at the crowd yesterday, pathetic with us in 5th place, and the blame there lies with the commercial management and a better crowd and better atmosphere might just have driven the team on yesterday

Do you remember Errol Graham the Boxer? QPR remind me of him, we are fantastically skillful and can run rings around other teams, but we have a glass jaw. One punch and we`re flat on our a#se! Our Defence is our weak spot THIS NEEDS TO GET SORTED OUT ASAP OR WE CAN FORGET ABOUT PLAY OFFS LET ALONE AUTOMATIC PROMOTION IMO

So let me get this right. You would play Agyemang up front instead of Simpson? Have you ever actual watched Agyemang play? He is utter ****e mate, Yeah he scored yesterday but to be honest my missus could have tucked that one away. Said it before and Ill say it again He must wake up in the morning and **** himself laughing when he thinks how he got this deal he is on now. An avereage league 1 player at the very best.
