  • ssssSSSSHHHH!!!!

I sit in the Lower Loft with my two kids at every home game. Sitting in front of me is a guy who brings his two year old son along. Every game, the little kid sleeps throughout the whole of the second half - such is the deafening silence.

What a diabolical situation - poor support.

Will the NSPCC get involved then? Having to put a Kid through the trauma of watching QPR play lately, it could damage the kid for life!! LOL:electric_shock:

I sometimes wonder whether I am a bad parent turning my children into Rangers fans...

          I really don't get it.

Pre-match against Middlesborough, atmosphere was like a library. The fans sang for 7 minutes and that was that. The atmopshere has gone completely downhill. Far better when fans felt the desire to get behind the team, when we were struggling.

You need to ask yourself what is the main difference between now and say, when we were in League 1, where atmos was great.

Dare I say more working class?

met up with a few lads yesterday, that 3-4 years ago they always used to come away games, now its all about being able to afford it and they can't.

Ticket prices. I know a few people that either can't afford or won't pay out of principle. Some of the so called fans that sit in x block are shockin... I mean they never sing and when u do they sort of give u the "alrite mate, settle down" look.

Finance is definately a factor, but even with the better crowds we are getting, its still like a morgue most of the time.(well, when i get over it is anyhoot).

I just feel alot of the soul of the club was lost in the first year after the takeover.
