Will Magilton ever accept some responsibility?

Numerous games this season Magilton has made bad substitutions and team selections yet in his post match interviews there is never any acceptance of the mistakes.

Although on Saturday there were two bad instances of defending but the 2nd goal came from a lazy foul from a very tired Buzsaky. This happened immediately after Reid came on for Tarrabat.

Yes there should have been someone cutting out the cross and possibly Cerny could have claimed it but it was a very dangerous place to give away a free kick.

Jim, take some resposibility!

to be fair, they scored from a free kick and you cant say going 5 men in midfield let that free kick in

Buzsaky should have been replaced.

I would have replaced Buzsacky on for Ageymang and whilst Tarrabt was knackered, it could have waited to the dying minutes, bring him off to waste some time. We made no attacking sub after the sending off

I do not understand why Reid came on playing right wing. Goes back to himbeing on loan from a premiership club and maybe having to play him. It now causes a little dillemma, as I would not change Faurlin/Watson partnership this Saturday and if Magilton keeps to those two, both Reid and his Blackburn manager Allaydyce are not going to be happy.

As for Williams another loan, he might be good but really don't see the need for him.

legs is good at right back, no way u can compare him with rambo, legs is different class when played there

I think it was a classic case of lashing out at his players to deflect attention from his own tactical shortcomings. There's only a certain amount of times you can play that card.

Whilst I agree Mage has made some bad substitutions and team selections, we do not know what goes on behind the scenes. We all like to think we are better, or could have made the right selection or substitution, but he his our teams Manager and we have no controll over what he does. That said we have played some *****ng outstanding football under his and JG's control.
I would like to think he would take some responsibility, but we would never know. I do seriously hope he reads these message boards or at least he's made aware of the fans feelings, so perhaps he could implement what we say.
If he's in total control of playing staff and affairs, lets hope the board back him and he will get us a top 6 position at least
