  • Magilton's tactics cost us again..........

I still can't for the life fo me understand why Hall came in for Gorkks. Gorkks and Connolly are our best partnership. We always look like conceeding when Hall plays. His distribution is so poor. All the fans see it, but Magilton loves him!

Why did Magilton put Reid on when Tarbat was laying seige at their goal. Best form of defence is to attack! Reid was poor at Doncaster and was poor again when he came on!

When they went down to 10 men why did we continue with 5 in midfield? Should have thrown Agymang on and stretch them a bit!

Our wingers were putting so many good balls in the box and too many times Simpson was the only one in there! Faurlin and Watson who were both excellent really need to get into the box more to support!

Magilton has really cost us getting more points in the last 2 games. We can't let the top 2 break away!

He is really frustrating me as a manager!

Me too, echoes my sentiments of last night. Some of the build ups were awesome with Buz,Tarrabt, Legs,Routledge,Fauline and even Borrowdale all playing their part, but the end product was woefully short.A scout I spoke to this morning reckons Tarrabt went off with a slight knock but I didn't notice it.The same scout raved about Best and how much we need someone like him.But while JM chooses Hall over Gorkss, and the board won't endorse signing another striker,we've no chance.

In theory, I agree about Gorkks & Connolly, but I'm not so sure in practise. Last week at Donny they were awful. (As were most of the others).

I've a hunch that Gorkks & Stewart suit us best. Certainly they and Cerny were the foundations for a VERY good defence last season.
Stewart for all his faults (occasional loss of concentration & even worse distribution than Hall) is our most imposing CH. Not many enjoy playing against him.

How many times have Hall & Connolly played together (from the start) in the last 2 years ? Not too often I think.....

For 2 weeks running he has got selection and subs wrong.

Taarabt should have started at Donny. Faurlin shouldn't have been subbed.

Gorkss should be picked when fit. Taarabt shouldn't have come off unless injured.
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are...

Yes they did, but the FFS we are 6th brigade will shout the loudest.

                somehow 5th after 1 pt from 6
one awful game and another where we lost the plot defensively!

poor decisions from JM...within one minute of reid coming on, cov scored...now it's not reid's fault but
we deserved it for being negative, going 1 up front with cov on ropes and 2-1 ahead...
60secs and 2-2 after the change!
cmon flav...a team rammed with prem players or with prem experience and we can't beat some unemployed car workers from brumland!????
                and then...cov down to 10 men...surely agy comes on and2 up front...wrong!
