WTF have we had to celebrate in the last decade?

Promotion from the third tier of football to the second tier...that is frigging it.

What have we got now? Free flowing attacking football, some players that can genuinely not only be playing in the premiership but could be playing for some of the top teams in Europe.

We're fifth in the championship and are genuine play off contenders

Lets stop frigging moaning and enjoy the ride!!

Scott, the problem is now days it's all about results!!

years ago it would have been fine playing attractive football without getting the results because it was cheap as chips to go to the footie, i can remember endless games when the football wasn't that great so we'd all go down to the "old bar" in loftus rd & drink the afternoon away (those were the days) the price of a pint was roughly the same as in the pubs now if it was allowed it would cost you an absolute fortune :horror:

fans pay very good money to go to the footie now days & they want results nearly as much as the style of footie we are playing

      Agree, Scott.

But some people say that if we lose our next game we will be 12th and using the same theory they presume that if we lose our next six games we will obviously be bottom. Yeah, right.

On that reckoning I suppose that if we lose our next 120 games we will be in the Conference.

Oh no, sorry, that one will happen.

It stuns me to listen to some of supporters at times, the best QPR side we have had in nearly 15 years yet some people can't help themselves but be negative.

How many times have we heard other teams fans / players / managers say we are the best team they have played all season playing the best football. The opposition drool over us, the TV cameras want to follow us and our players are the talk the CCC.

JM has been in the job 18 league games, has suffered various injury set backs on a weekly basis and has us where he said we'd be....up in the Play Offs.

Finally we have a QPR team playing with a swagger, flair and arrogance we as QPR fans demand. Anyone 25/26 years or under seriously needs to wind their necks in as well because you were not old enough to remember a decent QPR team and you should be thankful you finally are getting to watch one.

On top of everything we have the jewel in the crown, Adel Taarabt the best player I have seen (and many others alike) pull on a Rangers shirt in something like 15 years.

We also have a new hero to worship in Alejandro Faurlin and it is becoming quickly apparent that there is not a better CM in CCC on the ball - though a few w@nkas won't hesistate to hold up his performance against Leicester as a reminder that he has been inconsistant this season???

At the end of the day its typical QPR fans, I always said once we started playing quality football people would stop moaning about ticket prices and find something else to complain about because some people are just never happy. One tool on here is even blaming Briatore for a run of poor results....I mean seriously its was Briatores fault we only managed to convert 2/27 chances yesterday.

You are 100% correct in your evaluation of ALejandro Faulin. His performances this season and particularly yesterday, have been nothing short of brilliance personified, and not to be on a winning side yesterday was very unjust. What baffles me is why on earth is he to be found on the bench on occasions, his name should be the first on the team sheet, for both home and AWAY matches.

We have not seen the likes of Adel Taarabt's talent at LR for more than 30 odd years, and to watch him terrorise the Coventy back four yesterday was priceless,we should be moving mountains to sign him right now.

Oh, and had he not been taken off AGAIN yesterday, I am convinced we would have put another two or three passed Coventry, they visibly grew in stature at the sight of him going down the tunnel, and we got what we deserved for trying to defend instead of going for the kill.

I'm just reminding those of particular age group that this is finally their oppurtunity to watch a good QPR side in the making and they should be enjoying it instead of looking for fault because they have waited long enough for it.
