time wasting
was it just me or when coventry come out and started the second half they started the time wasting just a little too early.
Every time the coventry keeper (kieren westwood)would take a goal kick he took his time to go get the ball.Whilst this was happening the coventry team would make sure there was a player with the ref, maybe moaning or just talking to him but the fact was they were distracting him from what was really going on which was time wasting.
fair play to the ref though on the 4th time of this happening he booked the keeper.
i cant for the life of me understand why any team would do this with a good 40 minutes left on the clock and all to play for at 1-1?
why would they do it? cant understand surely you would want to push on and win the game.
