Needs to up his level of performance or he could find himself on the bench.

Hes not the only one, but he hasnt performed in the last 4-5 games now, we cant afford to start carrying players through games.

I know some feel he is untouchable because he wears the no.10 shirt but if hes not performing Jim will drop him, he done it before after the Accrington game.

It also has nothing to do with him playing out wide and not in the centre of midfield before someone starts that one up.

IMO we should try routledge back on the right, taarabt on the left, and Buzsaky in the free role just behind simpson...then my lads you will see the real number 10!!

He has never played in a free role for us, correct me if I'm wrong please but I can't ever recall a match?

There has to be very good reason why that is the case De Canio, Dowie and Magilton all have played him out wide.

It's pure speculation to suggest he would adapt to a free role, personally I think Taarabt is more suited as he does what he wants anyway.

I didnt actually say he had played there before, i said i think he would do well there...

I think he would do well there, routledge has allways been good attacking defenders so have him on the wing where he is used to running at LB's....

Buzsaky has a excellent shot on him, i think he would create and score.

There is no way Buzsaky can play in the heart of the midfield, hes far too lightweight for that.

The only 2 positions he can play is on the wing or behind the striker. Its not working for him on the wing so we should switch Adel there and put Akos behind Simpson.
