Why will the club not buy a recognised striker?

The simple fact is QPR need at least one other decent striker to vary the options available to Magilton. Whether he starts or not is immaterial. No player is going to get a 100% guarantee that he will start. The other option is to recall Helguson. This one is probably the more viable option.
I think QPR can still bring in another striker on loan.
However, with 6 loanees already;Taarabt, Simpson, Watson, Reid, Williams, the Chelsea keeper; that would make 7 and only 5 are allowed in a matchday squad.
Which two would drop out?
If Borrowdale is fit I would drop Williams, and QPR can use McWeeney (Putnins or Bulmer if either are fit) in place of the Chelsea keeper.
