    I disagree.

Helguson wasn't booed when he joined, the booing started after he kept on missing clear scoring chances (the type he is now scoring for Watford).

Many rate his heading ability (and from what I can see at Watford, it is good), but for QPR, he missed at least two heading chances against Coventry, a simple unmarked far post header at home to Reading and a great chance this season against Forest.

I am not sure why, but he doesn't do for QPR what he does for Watford.

I would recall him from Watford unless they are willing to pay around £500k for him.

Either Best or Hooper, maybe even both can be signed by QPR. And I would try and get them this week on loan with a view to a perm deal before the window closes on Friday.

:waaaht: He came on at half time, first appearance away at Palace - missed an open goal with his first tough, got roundly booed and never looked back.

I think we're all "loaned out" for now.

We can't even fit the 6 we currently have into the squad!

          Bring him back today.
Simpson and Helguson should be a very good partnership.
The goals should start flowing again.

However on this occassion I don't think these stats prove anything. You can't compare hooper, best and simpson. Hooper plays for clearly the worse side out of the 3 so will have far fewer chances per game. The mins on pitch and goal ratio mean nothing as it doesn't highlight chances that have been created for them. I do think Simpson playing upfront on his own would show that in the last 2 games we have also created sod all. I think Hooper in a better side would improve those stats drastically
            Very good point.

            Using the telegraphs stats website:

Best has had 30 shots (on and off target)
Simpson has had 22 shots (on and off target)
Helguson has had 21 shots (on and off target)
Hooper has had 20 shots (on and off target)

So although I agree Hooper plays for a worse side and won't receive the quality of service he has however had plenty of shooting opportunities.

Id rather have HH on the bench than Agye or/and the pellicon, both agye and pellicori need to go in january!!...

I like the idea of best, i think he would do well for us, hooper would be fantastic!

Don't think that's quite fair...... HH was a rod for his own back....., he's been very fragile and he's just kept on missing sitters, and the inevitible loss of confidence that would follow.

Don't think that the fans have had too much to do with it really.

He wasn't being booed when he missed 3 chances when QPR beat Wolves
                  1-0.

He wasn't being booed when he scored two against Preston and fans were singing sign him up.

The fact is that he struggled for goals after signing a perm deal and the fans then began the booing and even then I don't recall booing as such, more disgruntled groans. However, the fans on MBs were critical.

I agree, that QPR should recall him from Watford, especially now that he has started scoring again and it looks like QPR cannot bring in another loan signing.
