  • Loftus Road or the Keepmoat Stadium?

Just for those that went yesterday.

Put aside the weather, which of these would you prefer as your stadium?

    Loftus Road or the Keepmoat.

The Keepmoat is what many would call a "souless bowl" but I thought it was modern, well proportioned, large concourse areas, good food service, LEGROOM, no obstructed views, PARKING, and a lake area just outside

The Keepmoat for me every day of the week

Too small, but a decent enough stadium.

do me a favour, 101% loftus road. who wants a keepmoat/madejski/cardiff city stadium/walkers/riverside/ricoh etc etc. that place was competely out of the way and a nightmare to get to on public transport, it had no character and if it had different coloured seats it could have been anywhere in the country. soulless and boring.

our home is in the heart of london with good access and shops, boozers and places to eat near it. sure the leg room isnt great and there is the odd pillar in the way sometimes but this is more than made up for by the tradition and atmosphere of loftus.

You could describe LR as a soulless square tin judging by the atmosphere there over the last couple of season's.

It is a great location but the facilities are crap.Big queue's for the bog's and refreshment's.Cramped legroom as well. When there is a big crowd it take's 15 minutes to go down and back for a half time pee in Ellerslie.

Compare that with newer stadium's like Reading's where the facilities are so much better.I would take a 'soulless bowl' anyday.

please consider infrastructure...where coaches park, near moors on wasteland with no lighting and extremely crated ground..no good for elderly kids or disabled
consider its built with poor roads/access so it takes ages to get away....

loftus rd has 4 tubes nearby
the westway and an overground stn...some may even say goldhawk rd is walkable to ground and many buses...
we are 15 mins to central london..
so although we have ltd leg room and some restricted view...i'd say qpr everyday

NAME ONE GROUND WITH BETTER TRANSPORT IN FOOTBALL?
ipswich is easy but there is not a train every few mins...

Getting to it is fine. If you go by train.
Parking, and what happens when you enter is where the big problems start.
