the manager is in control. his decision is final. if taarabt doesn't like what he is doing maybe he shouldn't be here. if taarabt can't turn up on time maybe he doesn't want to be here
There's no reason, on a separate matter, why a player and manager shouldn't be able to disagree and have an argument without the player being dropped. That shows weak management and that other adults you work with can't have a voice. There's obviously a point where it needs to stop, but there should always be room for discussion, don't you think?Last edited by Stedders; 22-11-2009, 10:57 AM.

I'd like to think that Magilton gave them all a serious #######ing after the game.. and then had a look at his selection/subs.
Too many loans, it's getting a bit messy.
But as I've said, the players who missed out yesterday come out smelling of roses on messgaeboards, they always do..... but the result wouldn't have been different if Agyemang, Borrowdale, Ephraim or Stewart had started.

Answer: Tommy Williams. But overall he was no better/worse than half a dozen others.
Look... You rate Borrowdale, I don't.
So don't ask obvious questions just to try and score points on that one.
The team were pony yesterday, end of story.

Your drop a player when he has performed badly or injured, you don't drop him when you've just beaten Sheffield Wednesday away just for the sake of it. Like him or not, Borrowdale has been ever present and we haven't done too bad with him playing, no reason to swap him with Williams.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Borrowdale didn't play at Sheffield Weds, Ramage was left back.
Does the same apply now? I detect a little bit of scapegoating of Williams here, to back up past opinions on Borrowdale.
Williams wasn't the only one who played poorly yesterday, far from it.
I've based my opinion of Borrowdale over a dozen games watching him live... some might agree, some wont - that's fair enough.
But Williams seems to be hung out to dry by a few, based on one game where the whole team played like drunken pigs on rollerskates.

We beat Scunny away from home and the next game he is dropped and Leigertwood is picked at right back instead of him. That's football. There was no reason for dropping Ramage but Magilton did and most are saying that it was a brilliant decision. Based on that 'experiment' no wonder why JM thought it was worth dropping Borrowdale for a perceived better defender.

I think it was too early to throw the 2 loans in there...
Nobody is bigger than the team, i couldnt care less who they are, we have to trust JM and JG...
Perhaps the 451 left simpson with not enough support...
Bad day at the office, im sure we will see a better performance against coventry...Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...
