  • Plan B

First off, I am pleased that we have strengthened most of the areas we needed to recently BUT we still haven't got another striker to give us a plan B. There was talk of watching players in the Korea v Serbia game, has anyone got any news?

I'm with you on this.Lots of excitement around LR with our lofty position in the league and our recent acquisitions, BUT if Simpson gets injured and with Vine out, what then? Agyeman,Perry Como,HH back from Watford? Doesn't instill a lot of confidence for me.All the gossip seems to have died down over Hooper(not that he's done a lot this season),Best,Jackson,McClean etc.Our striking problems appear to have been swept under the carpet.I'd have hoped with no matches being played for over 2 weeks leading up to today,we'd have got someone like Best in on loan.Instead of that we're going for the Guiness book of Records for the greatest number of loanee defenders and midfielders.I know some, including my shared birthday buddie Pete will rightly argue that we are still scoring well, but as I and Kingo said before, what if there are injuries particularly to our top scorer Simpson.Where's Plan B.

I think it is time we resorted to Plan 9 from Outer Space.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Even with all the recent midfield injuries, I'd still have said that signing a striker would have been a bigger priority (even prior to yesterday's reverse). For some bizarre reason this club just seems to have an aversion to them. Something to do with having to dig a little deeper into the pockets perhaps?....
