Good move but I hope after he finishes playing we will have him back in a coaching role.
Top top guy and a great example to any young player. Gl Gareth and all the best!I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Good luck Gareth, a true servant to the club through thick and thin.
Frees up some wages though.......:devil:2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
2015/2016, average at best.....
2016/2017, same old, same old....
2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!
Its the hope that kills you!

gareth
gareth we always will love you but you are doing the right thing
get some more goals tell gary to play you as striker and teach those fans to sing
also take balanta as another player who will flourish as a loanie
and get lee cook to follow as he has no confidence at the moment and is playing a bit pony

Gary Waddock must be very confident that he's not about to be sacked then...!
Good luck to Gaz though, always a pleasure to watch him play (for us I mean, not Cardiff). A great example for the younger players in commitment - and the importance of keeping yourself in good shape as you get older.
