if watson is 2.5m and reid does more / is cheaper to buy id rather have reid.

tbh i wouldnt drop faurling for doncaster because doncaster will let us play so it will suit faurlin. reid on bench for this saturday and see if watson can perform.

Watson is one game away from a ban, loads of games coming up and someone will get a niggle.

My guess it will be Watson and Reid, but what great back-up in Faurlin. The club really do mean business.

Given all the hype about Watson, I'm actually not too impressed with him so far, and that isn't even taking the two stupid red cards into account.
Faurlin, on the other hand, has grown on me, and would be very unlucky to be dropped -- does far more that Watson, and does it better. And, despite what some say, he can track back and defend well too.
So, Faurlin + 1 other for me -- Mahon seems to work best, so get well soon, Gavin -- otherwise perhaps Reid is worth trying out as the + 1.

No I was talking a 5 man midfield and Buzz is always played out wide so he was also in that team.

Wouldn't even entertain the thought of dropping Taarabt, so if that was the system Jim played it would be Buz dropped to the bench

The post to my team selection Jim is that looking at our current squad I don't believe you can play Buzz and Tarrabt in the same team. Buzz IMO has a better all round game but it is a tough call. They are both luxury players and for that reason I don't think I could pick both.

still not replaced mahon/rowlands we still need some steel defensively in the centre and reid does not provide that.i think we will be exposed by the better teams in the division as we are far too exposed in the centre of midfield
