I know it is still early days but I have to say that I think that Jim is doing a really good job. I think that he and John Gorman are a great good cop/Bad cop team and the players seem to be enjoying themselves.

All of the players he had bought in have done well and the shape of the team looks good.

The team looks mobile, quick and has a lot of skill, Buz/Routledge/Adel/Simpson are all very talented and can win a game on their day.

Nice to be able to post a positive post for a change;D
