Planning early can save you a few quid for away trips.....

For example if your interested in going Peterborough away in Feb......train tickets are out this week.....and by booking on east coast mainline with a YP Railcard.....I got my tickets for £13 return....

      Bargain!

I know some fans who simply drive to away games by themselves and with 3-4 or in the car it can really reduce costs and at least you can have some friendly banter.
Great idea Pete - I'd happily drive/share a car with anyone going to games from Chelmsford.

can't beat a train of rangers coming back..the plymuff one the other summer was legendary...lights off...songs...police piling on at reading. luvvly
and the coaches can have some great banter too..the young lads returning from forest last year had the coach rocking side to side...always something happening on the coach...a car maybe quicker but we use a new coach, and it shifts!!!

I am driving to the Doncaster match on Saturday from Hounslow. If there is anyone in the vicinity who is going and wants a lift, they are more than welcome.

Booked up train tickets to Blackpool last week for 20 quid! Can't grumble with that.
