As for Stewart, I think he was ill against Leicester to be honest, and that showed. Yes he has concentration lapses, but in some areas of his game he is Premier class. People are being very negative, but the QPR players wouldn't have voted for him last season had he not deserved it.
You also never know exactly what injuries people are carrying. I know having played with certain niggles that is really can affect your game, but you play because the team might have worse injuries etc at the time.
Fitz Hall is a liability I think. Sorry to be rude about a player, but I would be pleased to see him move on.Maybe he is never fully fit, I don't know, but either way he is not value for his wages.

QPRSteve you are talking about 100m.
Stewart is not quick over 40 yards and Fryatt made him look slow motion.
Because of the fat #### and extra pounds he has put on means he is the slowest player on the turn. He seems to have the turning circle of a small truck.
This POTY is all getting very boring.
The team was woeful last season and for that reason I would of given poty to cerny or Gorkks.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

What about the season before when we had one of the worst defences in the league...how many did Stewart play in?
How many poor performances this season from him?
Two sides and all that.
I've never rated him, and one decent season wont change that, especially when he made a lot of c**k-ups towards the end.
For me, the tight defence was largely down to Gorkss, Connolly and Cerny. The difference between the 4 of the names mentioned here is that Cerny, Gorkss and Connolly don't need fans bringing up last years record to make them sound better they are as there is no real solid arguement to say any of them aren't good enough for a top 6 team.
I'm hearing many an opinion that Stewart is not good enough for where we want to be. That speaks volumes for me.Your mum would love me...

He won Player of The Year, last season so ain't hat bad.
Thought, he really did well, when we had a terrible back 4 couple of seasons ago..
Fryatt should have never got to the header against us, if Stewart had simply jumped and he seems to be carrying some kind of extra baggage around the mid=drift. He is out of sorts this season, compared to previous ones.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Although any of the above 3 were better, I would have gone for Gorkss. Because for me, QPR were much better defensively after he got back in the side under Sousa.
Connolly and Cerny were both regulars before, but more clean sheets were kept from Dec onwards. Although Sousa's tactics were also a major factor for the defensive improvement.
I would prefer to get rid of Hall rather than Stewart, but mainly because the former is so injury prone and earns more. He also scores more goals from set pieces.

on one hand you say that the player won "player of the year" last season
then on the other hand you blame our "player of the year" last season
contradicting wouldn't you say

I can't see how anyone can use the game vs Leicester as an example of Stewarts performances this season!!! It was as plain as day that he was obviously ill or injured thats why he came off around 55mins and was not in the squad the next game!! Wake up people!!!! i think Stewart has been a great signing and a big reason we didn't get relegated the year we were taken over!!! Then played brilliantly last year and ok I admit he hasn't had his best year so far but I think a lot of that is due to our style of play!! Because we have so many attacking players this year we aren't protecting the centre backs at all and it is showing!! However I prefer to win games 4-2 etc than 1-0!!! Fans will always have favourites and vice versa and it shows at games. Where I sit in South Africa Road the majority like Stewpeas and agree he should be a first teamer!! However someone like Buszaky who is loved by all has had as many bad games this year as Stewart but won't get slated at all as he will pop up with a penalty or free kick to cover the lack of involvement he has on a game!! Stewarts performances will always be highlighted as he is a defender and they get punished more often.
