Every year, at least once, 150 km to Stockholm then plane to London. Worth it everytime

Came home 2 days early from a holiday in Canada for the first game of the season against Blackpool. Don't regret it one bit as we won 5-0

left my Uncles Berts funeral early to get to Notts County away for a league cup match in the early 80'....travelled with Kinghams, Gregor and all the usual suspects of the period

Cologne mid seventies, 3-0 up in first leg, then took the lead early, thought we were home and dry, then blitz'kreig, the longest 90 minutes of my life, scrapped through on away goal
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Left my ill nan's bedside to see us at Sheffield Wednesday in the Simon Cup many years ago. When I got back she was gone. At least we won, swings and roundabouts.

Ever travelled far or made an excuse just to visit Loftus Road for a game.

Last Season was travelling down to Plymouth by train and due to the awful weather the train only got as far as Reading.Me and 6 others decided to pay for a cab to get us down there, cost us £350 and got there with 15 mins to spare.
