Always nice to be proved wrong, but ive always liked and rated Mahon.Not nice to gloat as this is about the third thread about being wrong about Gavin.

gavin is an important part of the QPR jigsaw and he will have his bad days.

However - i hope Borrowdale proves me wrong - as i do not think he is that good a player.Will always encourage him at every game and will not boo him.But i do not rate him....

as for Stewart - nice bloke big heart and sometimes can be a rock but sometimes looks very average.very good squad player.

He is not far from being number 1 midfielder now, which is an absolute reversal on his form under Dowie and PS

Always liked Mahon myself.Good honest pro.Had a mare against Ipswich and many people never forgave him for it,but he always gives 100%.

Pete...I was right to have NEVER rated him as I was one of the minority to see through his lucky season. A season where both Gorkss and Connolly were indeed better. Stewart only got it because he impressed by improving. His concentration has ALWAYS been poor. Again...I was correct to NEVER rate him.
