With all the special offers it seems the board has (perhaps belatedly) learned its lesson about pricing. Even if we narrowly miss out on promotion, suspect with a buz about the place and cheaper prices attendances will be much higher next season.
As it can take years to get planning permission let alone complete the work, shouldn't the club be applying to increase capacity now, not in the summer? If we aren't, it suggests to me the club might be thinking of a ground share if we do go up (Flavio's visits to Fulham???) which might suit him for being cheap. Also, Fulham might appreciate the extra revenue - did you see on MoTD2 it said they only took 287 fans to Wigan and the 16 odd thousand crowd was the lowest Premiership gate of the year. Makes you realise that our support isn't as bad as all that: with success on the pitch, a fairer pricing structure and improved facilities I think we have a lot of scope to increase attendance. Just hope the club is planning for it.
