To me this seems impossible. All the good managers are good because they are employed elsewhere. All the ones other clubs have doubts over would be open to discussion with us, on our frankly obtuse terms of employment. (ie you just coach and we buy the players but you get the blame if the team doesn't supply the right results)
We all thought when PS was announced that things would change and that he would more than "coach", like previous "managers" it seems things have been just the same.
We would be better off getting a new "manager", someone like Paulo Sousa perhaps?????
