Moving threads..........

I think you're going a bit over the top with moving threads on this board it was still football/championship related,I've heard of overkill but this takes the biscuit! :shocked:

Totally agree the Mods on this board actually make it impossible to discuss all things football, how often do people actually read the general section.

I didn't move it but our policy is that this section of the board is QPR related only. Yes threads about Barnsley could be perceived as QPR related but if you included chat about all Championship sides the board would get filled very quickly with many actual non-QPR threads that good threads will get unnoticed.

I think the argument always is that if you want to discuss non-QPR then why come on a QPR forum.

All other football forums have a general football section, thats where it should be.

This section is for QPR.. says so on the tin.

Like w12 Ranger said,people don't really look at the other sections,so it becomes difficult to discuss 'football' the sport we are all following.I could talk about QPR until the cows come home,but I still think it's harmless and in my opinion over the top to be moving a thread,just because it doesn't mention QPR.In a way it make's the poster look at other sites boards where you don't have a 100 different boards for different thing's.I think they call that over complicating matters.I'm not having a dig,just telling you my thoughts about the musical boards..........ay up where's this post going to end up..............

if u look at qpr.org or lfw it has a jumble of qpr threads and threads that are not related to qpr

people do look at off topic section

It's not very hard to go into the other sections and many fans do if and when they want to discuss other clubs.

I can understand if it's to talk about quad biking or eddie the eagle,but for me it is in relation to QPR it's teams in our league and it would be nice to hear feedback.You do get some that look at the other subjects,but a good majority don't and I include myself in that number.Like I say,not having a dig you do a great job with WATRB and it is very much appreciated!

I understand what you are saying but we tried it for a while and because we get a high numbers of posters and threads, they move down so fast that we miss some good threads on QPR.

This is the best setup for us and find it works this way.

They can`t be that good,if they sink into oblivion.Look at some of the chaff tonight,most of it has stayed steady.
