IMO you cant compare Faurlin to Parejo, Faurlin is by far and away more talented...
Faurlin the 23 year old uncapped Argentinean playing in the Championship, more talented than Parejo the Spain u21 captain and playing week in week out in La Liga?.....

First off notice the "IMO" at the start of the sentance.
2nd, having made a total of 4 apperances this season for Gatafe i would hardly describe that as "week in week out"...
3rd, most of his apprences for Real were for the b team...
Theres alot of players who come from big clubs, and with that tag carry a certain amount of interest with them, i mean how can someone who has played for Real mardrid be useless!!!!!!
dont knock it QPRs golden era of the 70s 80s happened to have lots of players sporting the mullet. Maybe it will spell the return of another golden era. Have to get some more of the lads to get one, could see Routlegde with a nice one LOL

So Gerry was right to never change his hair style then. Fashion icon
Don't know why Faurlin was dropped to the bench for the game anyway.
He had a poor game against Leicester (like everyone else) but was some people M.o.t.M for the Palace game.
My guess is that he was "rested" rather than dropped. He's only young and has played a lot of football recently, and of course the pace of our game must be above what he's used to. I thought he looked a bit tired in both that Leicester game and the Palace one, even if he played much better against the sarf london hoofers.
he is still learning and adapting to the championship, and i would reckon that jm would prefer mahon and watson as a defensive barrier away from home which makes sense
