100%, I used to manage a boys side and one of them, Simon Church has made it and from the age of 10 it was odds on that he would. A boy that we used to play against, Scott Davies has also made it and again you could see that he would at a very early age. I had about 6 boys scouted by Wycombe, Reading and Watford but the ones who made it stood out.
playing for ####f$ord aint an achievement - trust me
everytime i go to vicarage road i wonder much they paid for the multiple B&Q sheds they are passing off as stands
i thought palarse was a dump but watford takes the pish
always a nice bit of crumpet up there in the evening though !!!!!!!
Yes, Roony was 16. James Milner was 16 when he bagged his first goal years back for Leeds. I believe Dennis Law was a youngster and the Mighty Pele was a first teamed for none other than Brazil at 16 and being in the World Cup at 17. If the lad is showing signs of being ready...I say give him a go.

I haven't seen him play but i have heard good things, hope he does play soon
And i also hope he is a striker !!
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
he looked good when he came on for the 2nd half of the victory shield the other night and was the best player on the pitch. had lots of pace and skill and was always running at defenders. hes tiny and will never make an impact at 1st team not for a couple of years anyway

Ahem routledge does ok hahaha. Nah I do agree but still no harm if he's doing well in training etc to stick him on the bench wen were short of players n give him a 10 minute run out a couple of games.
