BBC would be the best site

wood lane /white city stations , A40, and a short walk from the green but ive heard its going to be luxury flats along the lines of the old" highbury" ripe for conversion,

Unigate is going to come down due to the fire so you have a nice blank site to work with although im not sure just how big the site is ,

I would hate to see the club leave W12 but with land in london commanding such high prices and people willing to pay well over the odds for luxury accommadation there maybe no other option,

They had better hurry up, TRING-RANGER. The way things are being farked-up by the middle classes, there will only be a so many able to afford so-called "luxury" accommodation, and even they won't want to live a nomadic existence flitting from one place to another every five minutes.
Strike now, Rangers, while the iron is hot. For it won't be too long now, before the game is finally up for the British people.

                  Good point Bush

but with this goverment brown tonguing anybody with money ( tax breaks etc) london is the place to live ,

there are plenty of k@nts out there with money

if you look at 1 knightsbridge, the penthouses went for 60mill (just the shells) and i think the ruski K@nt brought 2

we are working in domestic refurbs that are going for 50 mill upwards,

just surveyed a job in millionaires row, ex embassy going to be turned back into a domestic residence

It has been very quiet on the subject lately. I wonder if they await our premier league status before going further with the building/moving plans.

Last week there was talk that we were considering the old dairy site which I think is being considered for flats. The chap I was talking to informed me that the land owners wanted in the region of £20m per acre which is the problem. I wonder how much loftus road is worth? Now I know whey Fulham, Chesea and QPR have the most valuable grounds.

Our stadium is so dated and it was the only thing we wasn't ready for in the Premiership "The Stadium".

think we have to be realistic. tony fernandes is very decent in saying he wants the new stadium to be in the borough but realistically for a club our size i just dont see it as affordable. couple of hundred million for the land and same again for the stadium. this is mega, mega money - more than the entire fernandes fortune (est: 350m) and the kind of money that even the mittels are not going to throw away lightly, particularly when there is no evidence that we cd regularly fill a 35,000 stadium at prices that wd make any kind of sense for the owners for a return on their investment.
