Last two games has been really poor up top. Not a critisism as he has been playing very well pre these games but I would serously consider swapping him for vine next game.

don't think he played badly but when you are a shorty all up there on your own with not another hooped shirt within 20 yards and every ball comes at you covered in snow its been booted so high in the air, he doesn't have much chance. Ran his socks off but badly needs a tall lump to play off. We can't wait till Jan for this IMHO.

I agree he might be a tad isolated BUT!! SHOCKING!? Thats total rubbish imo... Hardly shocking!! Chances havent fell to him but his work and determination off the ball is second to none! Coutless times the oppisition have given us possesion because of his hardwork, defending starts from the front! And when your playing hardend teams such as leicester and palace chaseing defenders, and forceing them into errors and giving possesion away is key to getting a result!!!...

Not only that but his link play with the midfield has also be good, Shocking? You havent a clue!

I think you need your Binoc u larrrs! i specificly remember in one instance last night he lost the ball but then muscled the defender back off the ball beat a man, passed it, and got us in a very good position...

He ran his socks off and didnt give the defence a minutes piece, all things key to keeping the ball and getting it back, showed good strengh and awareness of space, decent in the air, NEVER!! gives up on lost causes!!

I do agree though he needs someone up with him, and i also agree vine might be a shout for wednesday away.... But for who?

We need to start playing two upfront or should i say two proper forwards routledge is a winger and should play out their.

It's a tough one who to leave but thats what a squad is for and what a manager gets paid for making tough calls.

Look, yes he wasnt getting the support up top, but he didnt exactly help the play. He lost it virtually every time. It was the same on Friday.

Another point, routledge had a massive off night! Totally off the boil, perhaps that went against simpson aswell. Simpson was making the runs, and in the right place but routledge and co werent supplying the correct balls..
