I thought we ended the game VERY strongly but over 90mins we hardly battered them.
Granted we had the better chances but if you compare the passing and possession to the derby game then we wasn't at the races. For me we can play so much better but Palace were never going to make it easy. I just wish we played at the same tempo we played in the last 20mins.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Agree with most of what you say Pete ..... Faurlin was outstanding in the R's team tonight, and what really makes me happy about this lad is, I don't think we've seen the best of him yet, shame Gavin Mahon's injured cos I feel he's the type of grafter Faurlin needs beside him, just my opinion. Watson didn't play that well, seemed a yard off the pace - That damn Palace keeper!!!! kept them in the game .... Vine is starting to play again, but is still along way off the Vine we know and love. Magilton's got it right bringing him on as a sub, also good to see Hogan back .... it's a squad game, if Flavio want's Prem football next season he's got to give Jim the money to get two quality strikers in the January transfer window .... plus a left back like Gareth Bale, or even Gareth Bale, or maybe a player like Gareth Bale ........ can you hear me Flavio!!
All in all QPR were much better than hoofball Palace tonight, I'm disapointed with the draw, but in saying that The R's are in 6th place and right in the mix for the lead up to Christmas..... well done so far Jim MagiltonR.I.P Steve Edwards, Neil Roberts & Trevor Kingham

It's like listening to Capital fm.
They always have the lead man Johnny Vaughan and Chris Tarrant in his day, and they always had a co host to either laugh at their jokes or agree with everything they say. I find it can be like watching Pete and Joe in action.I played sunday league football today.

I thought last night again showed what Mahon brings to the side-leadership.
Hope he's back from injury soon.
Legs is better at right back than in midfield, but he's no skipper. Watson didn't have a great game last night, maybe not quite match-fit, but I thought he'd be fired up against Palace.
But I do tend to agree that we could have won comfortably, without playing at our best. If Routledge chance goes in just before half-time..........
Anyway. 6th. I'll take that, we're doing OK.

Lets not kid ourselves Palace are poor very poor.
Leicester are a much better side than Palace and this was 2 pts dropped not 1 point gained. I thought we could of won the game if we played like we did in the last 15 mins. I thought at the back we looked weak. Hall and Stewart just aren't good enough. I defended hall today but he is also poor like stewart. Why not just friggin clear it. No need to scissor kick it ffs. I thought the passing at time wasn't great. The plus side for me was I thought when Vine came on he looked sh it hot. Everything he did had class about it. The tempo was good but we can't just turn it on at the end of the game. Yes we missed a great chance from Routs just before half time but in general we didn't win the midfield battle 1st half. For me I would play watson and Mahon in the middle for the next game. Fraulin had a fair game but Mahon brings much needed leadership because at times in that 1st half someone needed to take control. Oh and Pete I didn't drink tonight just giving an honest view of the game!
Lets not repeat stuff, thanks.I played sunday league football today.

Well, we didn't play particularly well but still created a hatful of chances - their keeper made half a dozen saves of varying quality, from good to amazing!! Routledge should have put us 2 up before half time, Adel should have scored with that "chip" and how the defender got it over the bar god only knows; Watson went wide when he should have hit the target and Gorkks made a decent effort of that shot over the bar. On another night we would have got plenty - and as I said, that's without playing particularly well.......and is it just me that still thinks Vine should have had a pen at the end?#standuptocancer

I was furious at the end, ref bottled it with the foul on Vine plus the assault on Dave, although it was just outside the box. As you say we had some very near misses and Speroni made several first class saves, from a side foot from Faurlin, from the Buzz free kick and from Vine. He also made several other very good saves too and on another night we would have got another 3 goals.RIP: Doug, Sniffer and Pat

dont know how you can say we "battered" them, after we went into the lead we went asleep for most of the rest of the half. It was only really the last ten minutes or so that we played with much intensity and instantly their defence started slicing clearances and making a horlicks of it - we should have done that earlier. Palace had several chances themselves and hit the post - if their finishing wasn't so woeful we cd easily have lost the game.
