Cerny made a huge error and I am sure he knows that.

Mostly, he has been a steady keeper and kept 19 clean sheets last season, but he was also guilty of glaring errors.

Players have poor games every now and then, but they don't deserve to be dropped after a bad game. A bad run of form? yes.

So for now, I would say, yes applaud Cerny, sing his name out and let's see if he performs well.

As for playing Heaton? Not much point really, especially if he will have to go back to United after his 90 day loan ends in early December.

Great idea to drop Cerny, then if Heaton makes an error tonight we can play Elvijs Putins against Sheff W.

I presume we have to drop Buzsaky as well tonight after his bad miss against Leicester ?

Im sure having a one bad c**k-up and you're out policy will do wonders for morale.

Re: "Im sure having a one bad c**k-up and you're out policy will do wonders for morale" An interesting point and the complete opposite to Gavin Mahon playing a blinder and then being dropped is it not. This too is not good for morale, but it is accepted by professionals as part of the game.

I thought Mahon was not playing against Leicester because he was injured/not fully fit
