I'd prefer it if our songs were a bit funnier, with some irony. Rather than singing the same songs every other club sings with a couple of words changed.

We've posted them up many a time mate. I just doesn't work. I think we actually had a stickied thread with all the songs we make up but you could see by the amount of times it was openned that there wasn't much interest. I'll do another soon, but it'll be a poiness excercise.

Have to say I think the reason most of the songs never get sung are because the words don't quite fit, or if they do they're a bit complicated.
That's why things like "Come on you R's" or "We are QPR" do work-simplicity wins through.
Now I'm not a "singer" but I do shout encouragement (and abuse at opponents/referees etc ) . You don't necessarily need "songs" to create an atmosphere, it's the "wall of sound" you want really. Millwall don't have that many songs (just the one mostly*) but boy do they give out a blood-curdling roar when they get a corner....
