  • Leicester done there homework !

Yeah we were poor but i still feel alot of credit has to go to leicester kept all our danger men quiet all game.
They kept up the pressure all over the pitch, never let us get the ball down on the floor and pass. Defensivly they where solid.

one game does not ruin our season........lets just hope we learn from our mistakes and come back even stronger starting on tuesday night !

i reckon our passing game will work better away when teams try and have ago at us.

for home games i reckon we could be abit more direct
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
      Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

thats it looking at previous results our style of play dosn't seem to suit the tight loftus road pitch the away team will see this game try and pack the midfield and stop us playing.
Away days on a big pitch where the home team tries to attack us seem to suit so much better.

spot on lee - leicster pressed us when we had the ball and pushed high up the pitch forcing us to go long or just keep the ball between stewart n gorkss, fryatt was excellent tonight

you still have a good chance of going up.the one thing you lack is a target man in the rob hulse mould.i said this to funky&walkonby in the summer.

Personally I don't think it was so much that Leicester kept us quiet it was that too many had poor games. Only Gorkks and Borrowdale played to their usual standard the rest were under par and it still took a gift to beat us. We will come back from this and play up to standard again, any way back to the die hards on Tuesday.

Yep, this was more about them being good than us being bad, sure we werent 100% tonight but we would have stuffed many teams in this league with that performance, Fair play to leicester.

We'll still go up this year.

Leicester did there homework, only one of our front 4 only played well. Hopefully this is a wake up call, that we cannot play pretty football week in week out and beat teams easily. When its not going well, we don't seem to be able to change the style we play.

yes, leics were better but stats show how close it was....

leics closed us down, choked our passing , broke forward en masse...
leics fans ruffled cerny and he flapped and cost us a 1pt....
one mistake punished by a top scorer.

We can't because we don't have the players to. Not that I think that's a problem but I think what we needed was more bite me in midfield, we already have that but Watson was suspended, and Rowlands and Mahon are injured so that can't be helped!
