Are you guessing or do you know this as fact? This is a big statement to come out with! I know people very close to the player (very very close in fact and this is so not what they have been saying). Our squad are buzzing. JG and JM have managed to get them believeing in one another. Confidence counts for a lot and when you buzzing things tend to go you way. The squad in pre season got stripped back to basics. Large effort were made on developing a playing style. Half of our squad couldn't make a 10 yard pass and yet the management team has turned that around and deserve full credit because it is those same players who took to the field last season with the addition of one or two here and there. As supporters we all could see the potential and we all knew if we got the right additions we could challenge.

The players Also witnessed a very dark side in Magilton at Execter at Half Time in the dressing room. One which they would not like to see again! That's had a major impact on performances.

its my take on things at the start of the season. i mean adel threw a wobbly because the fans boo'ed him and what i saw from our team early doors was vine and agyemang unfit overweight and seemed like they couldnt be bothered. you then take into count the player of the year do.. when i clearly remember fans coming on here and saying that the players didnt want to know just wanted to go off out rather than spend time with the fans.

its an observation, a view.. of course magilton n co have done wonders havent disputed that but our squad is that of no-"passion" i would say.. sure they love playing good football and winning - who doesnt but i remember start of season only ramage, connolly and cerny applauding the fans at FT when we drew or lost.

Yeah £3million on a player who hasn't played Premiership football for his current club who's contract is up at the end of the season! He'll cost £1-£1.5 million tops if not a fee to cover his schooling at Arsenal.

Sorry for my previous tone. Not very good with putting things on paper and it very easy for a tone to be misinterpreted . When you buzzing and winning games everyone wants to play its a known fact. We have had many players out injured who have slowed their recovery down because performances weren't good. It happens at every club across the country. The player of the year do was a shambles. Complete bad timing by the club really. The players arranged to go out on the same night as the do which screwed everything up. This year will be different though as they have been told that this years do will be an important one and possibly a special one too!

The club as a whole has now started to realise how important the fans are and what a vital role in the cog we are in taking the club forward which is why I think we have seen a change in direction. It starts first and foremost on the pitch, if we are buzzing their then it helps everything else. Also now the club are running a lot more promotions to win back supporters too which will only help. In fairness they were doing what they thought was right to take us forward and are now finally realising when they actually need to do!

Onwards and upwards and hopefully 3points tonight (AND NO I DON'T MEAN BY WAY OF A SPEEDING TICKET)!

super we all knew jim magilton cant buy and sell players that just isnt one of his gifts how much of your money did he waste 11 million pounds

but we have a fantastic person to buy players hes a little italian one of the reasons jim got the job was because he did admit his inabillity in the transfer market

as a coach magilton is out of this world,but he seriously made mistakes in his choice of players at the begining of the season his selections were awfull

so to give you the answer you wanted as a manager magilton is still crap
but as a coach taking no part of the buying and selling of players hes fantastic

your team ipswich will one day return but i think you should get rid of kean
he also cant buy and sell players
