Got an email today, the packs are delayed:
"We would like to update you on the delivery schedule of your Membership Welcome Packs. Unfortunately due to a transport delay and the recent postal strikes we will now be distributing packs from the week commencing the 9th November and aim to have all packs delivered by the 14th November."
