    Gorman, without a doubt and JM close behind.

    Players come and go - always will. Some will be good, some bad.

    But good managers and coaches that find the right mix are very hard to find. (As we have proved over the last few years.)
    JM and JG look like they have found a formula.

    If we lost them say, tomorrrow - our season may well nose-dive. Same would not necessarily be said of losing a player.
