  • Hooper

Just looked at his record and was really impressed: 28 goals in 50 games for S****horpe, including six this season (five in the Championship, one in the mickey mouse cup). Last season he scored 30 goals, albeit in the division below but in a team of fairly average quality. Most of all I was amazed that he was only 20. So he has huge potential but shows he can do it in our league already, despite playing for one of the division's weakest teams. Imagine him coming off the bench for us.

I don't know if S****horpe will be prepared to talk in Jan, but we do need to trim our squad. Surely if the board is prepared to spend some money we cd offer them a player as a makeweight. We clearly aren't going for Beckford so think we should move on from talking about him.

Go on Gianni, you know it makes sense, get "Hoops" playing in the Hoops... :greedy:

You are just jealous GT because the golden fields of Kent still look like Essex used to before it was covered in Pound Stretcher Super Stores. Mind you, the behaviour of some of the girls from Chatham make your Essex Girls look about as filthy as Princess Anne...:exciting::red_heart:

we should go for him, would prefer him to Beckford, but think we would need to bid about £2 million to get him.

Thought we had gone for him and were told to skip the change and show the notes.

How many players who have done well in the 1st division, have then succeeded in the Premiership?

I'm all for good English talent (steady), but are we setting our sights a little low with Beckford & Simpson if the current form continues through to May?
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
