  • Gary Borrowdale

Anyone else agree he is starting to look a quality left back?.

Really impressed with him today. Was solid in defence and had good movement going forward and played some nice attacking balls to the strikers.

Looking like one less position to be concerned about.

Think right back is becoming more important.Ramage looks slow and looks every inch a centre back playing out of position.Think a right back has overtake left back as our priority in defence.

Not a slur on Ramage as he gives his all,but he is clearly not a right back by trade.

Routledge would make many top class left backs look suspect in his current form mate.

But i think he has come on leaps and bounds since his first few games.

Can't see any of those at the moment in the Championship.

Main thing that impressed me today was how we never gave up at 2-0 down. Many teams would have let their heads drop and not got back in the game.

One thing i have noticed in recent games, Borrowdale has a thumping shot in him.

Gary did well and getting more and more confident as each game goes by

He appears to be gaining in confidence and benefitting from being played. Did well tonight, long may it continue.

Yeah still think he looks a bit dopey but i must say because we are scoring so many goals we can afford to conced a couple off goals every match

Sorry mate think we need both L&R backs to be a real quality outfit, in my eyes Ramage or Borrowdale not good enough , mind you after that its all chocolate mate. :exciting:
