  • Faurlin's passing

Apologies if this has been mentioned since Reading game but I don't know about anyone else but after Tuesday night I thought Faurlin had a very good game but nothing brilliant. Had a look at the extended highlights and he plays some quality passes that I didn't really notice. I've always admired his calmness plus fact that he doesn't mind getting stuck in but little things like when we're under cosh, he'll knock it upfield but straight to the striker rather than usual hit and hope. He's picking out our players even when under pressure. Looking at highlights think he was exceptional, especially given that he lost his midfield partner early doors.

I agree. I wasn't sure he was that good but when you watch him closely he knows how to keep the ball and knows when to pass

He's passed like that in every game he has played in, Reading was no exception.

Very good and tidy player, not to mention one that can unlock a defence.

Great link man in the midfield. Final ball could be improved but that is coming.

He's looked very promising so far. Some of the balls he plays in the game are second to none. Looks like he could be a very good player for us. Does not seem to do much in the game, but his play is very good. Hoping for big things from him today and for the rest of the season!

Someone on here said Gorman was raving about him and how he never gives the ball away!
