Its a great idea, if this doesn't happen in front of the cameras against Leicester then you should make it happen at home to Palace, with what hopefully will be a fully charged London derby.

I notice that someone has kindly posted this on LFW and it would be great if those readers who visit or use other sites could do the same as well and get this idea really going?

There has been a lot of bad feeling recently between various messageboards and fans but just for once lets all be as one on this and urge the club to consider the idea and who knows it could mend some bridges between us all as well?

QPR fans campainging together and all that?

The club have read the e-mail I sent by the way so heres hoping they will do this small gesture for our troops.

excellent shouts, both the free tickets and the collection for Help for Heroes.

Could give them the whole Lower School end v Leicester who are unlikely to need more than the upper tier. It would also look better for the TV audience rather than a three quarters or more empty stand.

The club would gain some great PR and probably make more revenue on the night through the bar than they would have otherwise

Would be great if it was the Leicester game.The club could speak to Sky about broadcasting the troops being welcomed onto the pitch at half-time.
