I personally didn't think the first half of this season was any better than the JFH era.

I do think that there are lots of reasons to be positive now. Now we can see the calibre of young players we are bringing through, I can actually see light at the end of the tunnel.

The constant worry is the manager though, isn't it? You just don't know what he's gonna do next!

Perfect common sense, but many want to clutch at any straw to have a dig at Holloway. Some are deluded enough to think he reverted to a back 4 because he reads this message board

Does anyone really think that? I certainly don't. I don't necessarily think that changing to 4 at the back was Olie's idea though. I suspect there was a serious exchange behind the scenes after the Forest match. Whether it was senior players or Les and Ramsey, I'm not sure. But I'm sure something happened to prompt the about turn with regards to the formation.

Of course this early season has been better bud for the reason JFH never had Freeman Scowens Luongo in his true form plus Baptiste imo that's where the glimmer of light started

Does anyone know whether Giles Phillip is ahead of Hamalainen in the queue for the next youngster to play in our defence?

Opinions ain't it mate? I know plenty of fans that go every week that would disagree.

Yes the introduction of the young attack minded players applieing pressure , defending from the front convinced him he didn't necessarily need the extra man in midfield , one of Ollie's major faults is he's too pig headed to listen to anybody him take orders never going too happen mate

I think he's considered a good prospect. I've liked the look of what little I've seen of him. Not convinced that Nico will make it to 1st team level. I think both him and Kaykay may end up having to drop a division or 2 to find regular football.

We'll need to sign a defender or 2 in the summer I think. Ned, Perch and Robbo all out of contract, Hall struggling to come back from injury. As well stocked as we are with attacking players, I think we might have a problem at the back!

I like Robinson a lot, but if we are going to have a lot of youngsters, we might need a captain who is an excellent role model even more, and so I might favour Ned getting the contract offer ahead of Robinson if we can only afford one (I would like to keep both thought)

Just looked up Cole Kpekawa and how his career has gone - I thought it would have turned out better than it has
