Only reason I say this is because it was a strange KO with the ball moving straight forward drawing out the challenge from Ingamarson. Normally when you KO you pass the ball backwards to create space, Taarabt (I think) look to me as though he put the ball where he knew Ingamarson would commit. Jay Simpson was going no where and I have just seen it on Sky and it was a silly challenge IMO.
Also with 10 men on the pitch you don't want to lose the ball straight away from KO, you need to retain possession.
Maybe I am imagining things but Simpson and Taarabt looked like they were celebrating as though they had just tagged team the Reading player.
I'm probably thinking too hard and it was envitable that the useless ref would even things up anyway.
However, it would be nice to think our boys can be that sneaky
