tbh, i don't think he ever had a proper chance here, he never really got a run of games in his favoured position, heck, he rarely played at all and when he did it was mostly as a sub and sadly wheeler reminds me a bit of the same, came here with a good pedigree and promising background and hasn't been properly used. i reckon we probably will get 2m for him though from a top flight french club, i can't see us taking a hit on a guy who could develop into a decent player back home

to be fair to the lad i think he lost his dad not long after arriving here and speaking as someone who has gone through the same it does bugger you up mentally. so ill cut him some slack if its better for him being home and he's happier there and we can improve best all round for club and player.
