  • Mackie

According to the offish he's undergoing back surgery today.
Not the best player in the world but some of the venom directed towards him on here has been uncalled for, and a bit OTT.
    Speedy recovery, Jamie.

He's a good lad with a fantastic attitude and a particular fondness for Rangers.

Well past his best, but doesn't deserve some of the abuse he gets.

There have been far worse players that have put on the shirt IMO.

Also played an important role in some of the points we picked up last season.

            Wish him well.

Do wonder what it means on the new contract front, though.

Shame for Mackie, honest player who has always worked hard when selected. Fact is, he should never have been brought back and is well below the standard we require these days. I'd suspect 3 months out now, with 5 months of the season left means he's battling to play for us again, aside from a token gesture in the last game of the season (if we're safe by then).

Wish him well though and hope he gets a few more seasons somewhere in League 1 or League 2.

Yep. Seems a top bloke & an honest pro.... but a pony footballer wish him a speedy recovery.

Genuine player just very limited. That should be the last that we see of him in Rangers shirt

Been injured for large parts of his Rangers career

Has been unlucky with injuries. Similar to faurlin. Didn't he miss most of the first season back with us?
