2. Playing the jet lagged Luongo. He did his best and was our best player, but he wasn't going to last.
3. Playing Cousins wide right. An empty shirt there. Woeful. Clueless Jimmy and Ollie have played him there. Why? He can't play there
4. Replacing Luongo with Manning instead of putting the supposed box to box midfielder Cousins in the middle and bringing on a winger, either Wzsolek or Wheeler
5. Bringing on Washington instead of either Wzsolek or Wheeler.
6. Bringing on Sylla instead of either Wzsolek or Wheeler
7. Playing a narrow 433 as a result
8. Having no width as a result of his selection AND subs.

smith should never start. he missed most headers today and aside from 2 attempts on goal did nothing all game. ffs just keep playing sylla, he does everything smith can do and more! let sylla bed into the team properly alongside washington or wheeler, smith despite what he thinks is not good enough to start games. as an impact sub hes fantastic for us as its well suited for him to come on against tired defenders.

thought mackie had a good first half today but vanished afterwards in the second half. fully agree on the points on pav starting and cousins moving to the midfield although he should have been brought on as a sub for mass. would have made way more sense.

Agree 77 never once did our wing backs look like wing backs and cannot remember them getting down the sides! As for the football we have supposed to have played when did any forward players get behind their back line?

This is why I have grown to dislike him as he talks pure s hite and we have fans who lap it up and live off his every word. And him talking half truths is partly why you end up with fans rowing as if your not a fan who manages to get to games he’s leading you to believe everything is rosey in the garden; then you hear me and others say that was poor and your rowing.

Giving misleading accounts of what went on can be very divisive. Stop the propaganda Olly and just give it as it was. We played decent and competed first half but were total pants second half and villa deserved the points
