    blackstock is having a purple patch but I think the move has done him good.
    I don't think he would of scored 5 at this point playing for us. He did look very good against newcastle and worked hard something he didn't do the latter part of last season. Oh but I also said Simpson is a better player so we will see at the end of the season.
    I played sunday league football today.

    Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

    I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

    We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

        Pete - you were not the only one that said Simpson would be a good signing - but others aren't so smug.You have also mentioned a fair few players names on this board since its introduction.Many,.like Ched Evans themselves have not come off.

        In the Preston match prediction thread, i said we would win 4-0 but havent come on here and remind everyone i was correct(although i have now lol)

        As for other players mentioned...im not going to back track, some times its better to keep quite a smile to yourself than come on here and put yourself on a pedestal..Still it's your messageboard.

          Can I ask again where does it say that Pete thinks Simpson would be a good player for us? There is a difference between saying he'll sign for us and actually saying he is any good.

          If Odejayi hadn't of scored recently would you still think he is a good option?

            It doesn't really mate. Just says he'd go for him, just as I did.

            I also spoke about him just before Millwall took him on loan, but there you go...

              So you are saying that Pete has never said anywhere that he rated him? And that even if he did he wasn't the first to say so. So he doesn't have a encyclopedia of footballing insight and knowledge!
