One time saw him he certainly seem to have alot of pace and looked good, but that was going forward.Get the american on the bench childs or whatever his name is

Prem clubs aren't afraid of bringing young talent into the first team but then most of them have managers who recognise that if you're good enough, you're old enough.
Look at Eddie Jones, another successful manager who has completely transformed the England squad. Latest squad includes an 18 year old.
Being a development club with Olly at the helm is a contradiction in terms.
