Think tactical consistency is the key. We didn't have that last term and early signs are encouraging.

You only really need a couple of game plans with everyone knowing their job. Last term we had about five and as a result no one knew a r s e from
elbow. As long as Olly stays on the rails in this department we'll be fine.

Even when we lose, unless someone plays horrifically, is stick with the same team. Win together, lose together, dust themselves down and go again. If it's a run of bad results, then change things up.

Agree. We're going to lose at some point and its key not to have a repeat of last season.
