Former R with most domestic honours?

Couldn't sleep last night and instead of counting sheep I started speculating which former player of ours had most medals. Obviously they would not be won with us but over their whole career. I decided to discount medals won overseas to rule out a few unsavoury greedy mercenaries who squatted at Loftus Road in recent years.
Anyway, without using Google I came up with Sammy Lee and David Seaman... can you think of anyone who's pulled on hoops with more medals than them?
