So after having that Board meeting in May it would seem that the club had no money to spend hence only signing Scowen on a free!!,

Also, I note that the transfer Window was open from May, so next season when no new signings have been signed by the first week of July can we not have the usual bulls-h-it that the window has only been open for a week.
