This QPR player thing which os for use by overseas fans (to watch games) would it work if you used a VPN such as Tunnel Bear and made it look like you was overseas ?

according to the terms and conditions, paypal is possible so you don't need to specify a bank account, but you would need to give an overseas address so that the club can determine which country you are in.
