I get your point mate but the shower that we have need to be focusing on playing and trying to win the game without running back and forth to the pundit with messages of toilet paper is running out, need more water and having votes on who is the first inline to the canteen.
We have a manager, first team coach and a captain. We don't need committees of players.

I'm the polar opposite of a Holloway fan, but can't for the life of me understand why he's being slated for this one. Getting his team to communicate with each other, whilst also empowering younger players in the squad?..........What an heinous crime, should be sacked on the spot!!
